Dilip Goyal is the founder and passionate leader of the JMDR Group. He has over 35 years of experience in the rail and engineering industry having worked as a Graduate Engineer, Project Engineer, Test Engineer, Signals Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager and Program Manager of Railway Signalling in NSW. Having delivered many signalling projects from concept to handover he is now managing JMDR's group business in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, India and South-East Asia.

Richard Mifsud

Richard has over 25 years of experience in the field of Railway Signalling with a strong background in signalling management including signalling Design, Construction Works, Maintenance, Testing, and Commissioning. Having previously been responsible for Civil and Electrical program delivery for RailCorp and the management of maintenance for all the rail disciplines for the North region within Sydney Trains, Richard now leads the JMDR team in Australia, New Zealand, UK and South-East Asia as General Manager (Engineering).

Gary Davey

General Manager – Business Strategy

Gary has over 30 years experience in the initiation, design, construction and commissioning of major rail projects. Additionally, he has in a variety of construction management roles and six years management experience with design consultancies.

Indie Lail

General Manager - (ANZ)

With more than 20 years experience as a signalling engineer in the rail industry, Indie has a comprehensive knowledge of developing, designing and verifying high-quality signalling systems. Indie has a proven track record of successfully preparing and executing projects in accordance with company procedures and specific client requirements, with an emphasis on safety, timeliness and cost efficiency. Indie is an active team leader and member, motivator and facilitator, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Kevin Ho

General Manager (ANZ)

Kevin is a proven leader with an impeccable delivery record developed over 26 years on large-scale rail infrastructure projects in Australia. Strengths in planning, directing and overseeing the delivery of complex rail projects with multiple stakeholder and technical interfaces.

Dean Farquharson

General Manager - Victoria

Dean has over 29 years experience in the railway industry. His experience includes:

Testing & Commission Tracks, Signals, Trainstops, Points and CBI Interlocking, identifying defects, and managing and monitoring defect closeout, failure investigations and follow up, development of Signal Asset Management Plans, defining scopes and estimating costs for signal projects, and financial budgeting and analysis of projects.

Peter McGregor

Principal Standards and Systems Integration

Peter has 34 years of technical and maintenance expertise having specialised in the field of Railway Signalling and train control systems: construction, maintenance, technical and design management areas. He has learnt and successfully applied six sigma and lean techniques to infrastructure and design team improvement projects.

More recently he has led the setting of standards, developing specifications, type approvals and introducing new technology and system solutions for Transport for NSW and its clients. He is Chairman of the Train Control Systems Standing Committee for the Rail Industry Safety & Standards Board.

Trevor Moore

Senior Signals Manager

Trevor is  a Senior Signalling Manager / Engineer with over 42 years as a professional engineering railway Signalling and systems. Trevor has been responsible for creating and managing Signalling standards for ARTC. His experience covers - Signalling design, train control systems, construction projects, maintenance practices and documentation, signals equipment type approvals, signals competency management systems and the introduction of new technology. He is the Engineers Australia 2018 Professional Electrical Engineer of the Year.

Susan Rahbari

Business Support Manager

Susan has more than 14 years of experience of providing and managing infrastructure services including resources and business administration management.
